This is an old revision of the document!

Yora is Zora's hatch-sister. Where Zora is inquisitive and adventurous, Yora is fairly simple and straightforward. She's food motivated, and fairly literal in conversation. Zora has been a good influence on her, and generally helps dissuade her from attempting to eat things she shouldn't (Such as people that Zora is talking to), sometimes with a gentle bap or two on the snoot when she gets a bit too toothy with people/things.

During Zora's various adventures into places she maybe shouldn't be going, Yora was the one making sure that whatever sort of critters were there were leaving Zora alone. The upside to this for Yora was that she got to fight (and eat) a variety of interesting critters. During one of said tussles with some unnamed critter in some unnamed ruin, Yora ended up getting bitten one too many times by something she probably shouldn't have (which ties into her being a Beast Path barbarian).

Due to this, Yora has come to rely heavily on Zora's judgment, as she is aware that her own may not be the best at times, and through many experiences has seen that listening to Zora usually leads to a good outcome (and often things for Yora to eat).

Also a small quirk of Yora's, possibly due somewhat to the influence of her Beast Path: She has a 'soft spot' for dogs. Whereas her instinct with most anything made of meat is to just eat it, Yora is able to refrain from that instinct when it comes to dogs (While they're alive), finding them to be somewhat enjoyable to be around for whatever reason.

One other small quirk: Yora does not understand what a dog is. You may try to explain this to her if you like, but "Small quadruped with tail and muzzle" is about as specific as you're gonna make her understand, so don't be surprised when she walks up to a horse or a cat and starts petting it on a face while saying "Good Dog". (Yora is not the smartest of lizards.)

In terms of party dynamic, assuming that everyone has known each other at least for a while, at this point Yora has likely decided against attempting to nibble on anyone (Though may have at one point or another teethed/gummed on you just a little bit). She has likely decided that the rest of the party's judgments are about as good as Zora's, and understands that a larger group means being able to take on larger challenges (for greater reward). At the end of the day though, Yora listens to Zora first and foremost, and anyone else attempting to dissuade her from doing something she's intent on doing might have a bit of a harder time (Unless you bribe her with food).
