After setting out, we found an Udaak corpse surrounded by humanoid corpses and quasits. While clearing out the quasits, we were attacked by a Vrock, which we also killed.
When we got to the city, we helped the city guards (including Verin, who we were looking for) fight off some gibbering mouthers. Verin gave us some tips on goings-on in the city (such as an expedition of monks that have gone quiet in the Betrayer's Rise) and pointed us to Question for information about the vestige and Ilixian.
Question sent us to Betrayer's Rise, and we agreed to take Aloysia with us.
